Item:	Permit Fee Waiver - Arlington Heights Park District

BACKGROUND

The permit application for the 2015 Arlington Lakes Golf Course Improvement Project has been submitted and is currently under review. The project is scheduled to begin on June 8, 2015 and is the first major renovation of the golf course since opening in 1979.

The Arlington Park District is respectfully requesting the waiver of all applicable Village of Arlington Heights Planning and Buiding permit fees and/or all applicable Village review fees.

RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant a waiver of permit fees to the Arlington Heights Park District for the 2015 Arlington Lakes Golf Course Improvement Project.
