Review of the Proposed 2017-2021 Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
Trustee Glasgow moved, seconded by Trustee Tinaglia, that the Committee-of-the-Whole recommend to the Village Board that the Board approve the proposed 2017-2021 Capital Improvement Program and that the first year of the Program totaling $31,852,100 be incorporated into the Village's proposed 2017 Budget.
