At the August 5, 2019 Closed Session, the Village Board authorized settlement of the workers' compensation claim for Scott Winkelman, Police Sergeant. Winkelman injured his left knee while placing an intoxicated driver in a police vehicle. 

The settlement amount of $37,496 falls within the authorization previously granted by the Board.

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the workers' compensation settlement for Scott Winkelman in the amount of $37,496.
