Subsequent to the start of construction at the Arlington Heights Park District's Olympic Park redevelopment project at 660 N Ridge Ave, additional public utility easements were identified by ComEd, Nicor, Comcast, etc., as requiring dedication.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that a Resolution Accepting a Plat of Public Utility and Drainage Easement located on the Park District's property at 660 N Ridge Ave, be approved.
