Background

Olive-Mary Stitt PTA is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for the raffle taking place at their upcoming Trivia Night event on Saturday, February 22, 2020 held at the Knights of Columbus Hall.  Tickets will be sold the night of the event from 7:00pm to 11:00pm, with the winner being determined the same evening.  Raffle prized are valued at $300.00.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement as requested by the Olive Mary Stitt School PTA.
