Background

St. Edna Church is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their raffles in conjunction with the bingo events in 2020.  Raffle tickets will be sold from 6:00pm to 9:30pm on the following dates in 2020:  February 21, May 22, July 17 and October 23.  Winners will be determined the night of the event.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement as requested by St. Edna Church.
