Cook County has received funds from the U.S. Treasury from the CARES (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security) Act.  Under the Act, the Village of Arlington Heights, is eligible to receive funding for direct expenses related to Coronavirus.  An Intergovernmental and Subrecipient Agreement for Coronavirus Relief Funds is required along with a resolution or ordinance evidencing that the governing body of that municipality has approved the Intergovernmental Agreement.

RESOLUTION

It is recommended that a Resolution Approving an Intergovernmental and Subrecipient Agreement with the County of Cook, Illinois, for Coronavirus relief funding, be approved.
