Background

Performing Arts at Metropolis is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for the upcoming raffle taking place at the Soiree fundraiser on Wednesday, September 23rd from 4:30pm - 8:00pm.  Tickets will be sold from September 1 to September 23, with the winner being determined the night of the event.

Recommendation 

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement as requested by the Metropolis Performing Arts Centre.
