Background

St. James is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their upcoming charity raffle taking place November 7, 2020. Tickets will be sold from September 1 to November 7, 2020, with a prize value of $3,500.00. The winner will be determined via a virtual announcement at 9:00pm on November 7th.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement as requested by the Metropolis Performing Arts Centre.
