| | | | The installation of public improvements in the Lexington Heritage Subdivision has been completed, as required under Article V of the Subdivision Control Regulations. No deficiencies were found upon final inspection of the development. In accordance with Section 29-505 of the Code, it is now proper for the Village Board to approve the attached Resolution accepting the public improvements which will then become the property of the Village of Arlington Heights. Upon passage of the Resolution, the Public Improvement Bond will be released to Lexington Homes. |
