In accordance with State Statute, the Village Board may authorize destruction of Closed Session Recordings for meetings which were held at least 18 months ago and for which the minutes have been approved. The recordings for the meetings of 4/2/18, 6/4/18, 8/6/18, 9/4/18, 9/17/18, 11/5/18, and 2/4/19 meet the parameters.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board authorize the destruction of the recordings for the Closed Session meetings held on 4/2/18, 6/4/18, 8/6/18, 9/4/18, 9/17/18, 11/5/18, and 2/4/19 .
