Recommendation:
A public hearing was held by the Plan Commission on October 14, 2020 where Commissioner Green moved and Commissioner Cherwin seconded:
A motion to recommend to the Village Board of Trustees, approval of PC#20-014, a Land Use Variation to allow a tattoo parlor use within the B-2 Zoning District.
This recommendation is subject to the following condition:
- The petitioner shall comply with all Federal, State, and Village Codes, Regulations, and Policies.
