This Ordinance is required by State Statute as the first step in the public hearing process to consider an amendment to the Tax Increment Financing District #4 Redevelopment Plan.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board approve the attached Ordinance fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider an amendment to TIF District #4.
