The Village of Arlington Heights, is currently a member of the O'Hare Noise Compatibility Commission, along with various municipalities and public school districts.  The purpose of the attached Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement is to extend the agreement to December 31, 2025.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the attached Resolution Authorizing the Amendment of the Intergovernmental Agreement relating to the O'Hare Noise Compatibility Commission, be approved.
