On October 19, 2020, the Village Board approved an Ordinance amending various sections of Chapters 16 and 18 of the Municipal Code related to Fines, as part of the implementation of DACRA, the system that oversees the Administrative Adjudication hearing process.  An additional Code amendment is necessary to Section 18-211, Parking of School Buses and Trucks, as a ‘clean-up,’ based on the transition to DACRA.  Additional language to clarify the time frame that parking commercial vehicles is prohibited on public streets, between the hours of 2:00 am and 5:00 am any day, has also been included.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that an Ordinance Amending Section 18-211 of the Municipal Code, be approved.
