Requested Action

An amendment to Chapter 28 Zoning Regulations to establish an Overlay Zoning District at Arlington International Racecourse and an Amendment to Chapter 29 Subdivision Control Regulations relating to Arlington International Racecourse.

Recommendation

A public hearing was held by the Plan Commission on June 9, 2021 where Commissioner Ennes moved and Commissioner Lorenzini seconded:

A motion to recommend to the Village Board of Trustees, approval of PC#21-01, an Amendment to Chapter 28 Zoning Regulations creating an Overlay District for Arlington International Racecourse, and an Amendment to Chapter 29 Subdivision Control Regulations relating to future subdivision of Arlington International Racecourse. 

Roll Call Vote:  Ennes, Lorenzini, Cherwin, Sigalos, Green, Jensen, and Acting Chair Warskow voted in favor.  Motion carried.
