Background

The proposed 2021 Annual Action Plan, including the 2021 CDBG budget, has been the subject of two public hearings and a 30-day public comment period. The second of the two required public hearings on the proposed 2021 Annual Action Plan is schedules for the July 21, 2021 Village Board meeting. The proposed 2021 Annual Action Plan including the 2021 CDBG budget and supporting documents are located under tonight’s Public Hearing agenda item on this topic.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the 2021 Annual Action Plan, including the CDBG budget, be adopted including any amendments made during the public hearing.
