The developer of the Hickory Kensington Apartments is seeking a 6-month extension to their PUD approval.

Recommendation

A public meeting was held by the Plan Commission on July 28, 2021 where Commissioner Green moved and Commissioner Sigalos seconded:

A motion to recommend to the Village Board of Trustees, Approval of a request for a 6-month extension to PUD Ordinance 18-026 to extend the PUD approval to February 6, 2022.

Roll Call Vote:  Commissioners Ennes, Green, Jensen, Lorenzini, Sigalos, Warskow, and Dawson voted in favor.  Motion carried.
