Background

Performing Arts at Metropolis is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their upcoming raffle taking place at their Soiree Fundraising event.  Tickets will be sold the day of the event from 4:30pm to 8:00pm, with the winner being announced at 8:30pm.  

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement as requested by the Metropolis Performing Arts Centre.
