| | At the September 20 and 27, 2021 Village Board meetings, a request for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to rezone one lot from the B-2 General Business District to the R-6, Multiple-Family Dwelling District, and a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision to consolidate 2 lots into 1 lot, for the property located at 310 W Rand Rd, was discussed and approved. The Ordinance setting forth the provisions and conditions is attached.
