Attached is the Qualifications Based Selection Policy & Procedure (QBS Policy) for selecting qualified consultants to provide engineering services related to construction project studies, contract and plan preparation, and construction engineering services for projects utilizing Federal funding.  The Village will select engineering and design related consultant services in accordance with this QBS Policy, meeting the requirements of 23 CFR 172 and the Brooks Act, for projects funded in whole or in part using Federal funding.

RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the Village Board approve the attached Resolution Adopting a Qualifications Based Selection Policy & Procedure.
