Background

Children's Tumor Foundation is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their raffle taking place at Lake Arlington Park on September 25, 2021.  Tickets will be sold the day of the event from 9:00am to 10:30am, with the winner being determined at 11:30am.  Raffle prizes will be previously donated items.  

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement as requested by Children's Tumor Foundation.
