At the October 4th Village Board meeting, a request for an amendment to a Land Use Variation for the expansion of an existing private school within an M-1 Research Development and Light Manufacturing District, for the property located at 3250 N. Arlington Heights Rd., was discussed and approved.  The attached ordinance sets forth the provisions and conditions of the approval.
