Background

The Arlington Heights Park District will be entering the construction phase for demolition of the residence at 17 S. Belmont Avenue.  The Arlington Heights Park District is requesting a waiver of all applicable Village of Arlington Heights Planning and Building Permit fees and/or all applicable Village review fees. 

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board waive all applicable Village of Arlington Heights Planning and Building permit fees and /or all applicable Village review fees.
