The attached ordinance extends the Cannabis Pilot Program originally set to expire on December 31st to March 31st in order to allow more time to analyze data and complete additional research prior to discussing permanent cannabis regulations with the Village Board in early 2022.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that an Ordinance Extending the Adult Use Cannabis Dispensing Organization Pilot Program, be approved.
