| | At the February 7, 2022, Village Board meeting, a request for an amendment to Planned Unit Development Ordinance Number 90-014, to modify a development plan including construction of two buildings on an outlot, a special use permit for a restaurant with a drive-through, conceptual approval for a future restaurant with a drive-through, and a variation from the Municipal Code, for the property at 711-715 E. Rand Rd., was discussed and approved. The Ordinance setting forth the provisions and conditions of the approval is attached. |
