BACKGROUND
On October 18, 2021, the Village Board approved Ordinance #21-045 authorizing Preliminary Plat of Subdivision approval to consolidate the subject property into one lot and dedicate to IDOT a portion of the subject property that extends out into Rand Road. The petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision, which contains the necessary signatures as required for Final Plat of Subdivision approval. The Village has reviewed the Final Plat of Subdivision and verified that it is substantially compliant with the preliminary approvals as outlined in Ordinance #21-045.
RECOMMENDATION
A public meeting was held by the Plan Commission on February 9, 2022 where Commissioner Warskow moved and Commissioner Jensen seconded:
A motion to recommend to the Village Board of Trustees, approval of Crescent Place, PC#21-010, Final Plat of Subdivision, subject to the following condition:
1. Prior to approval of a Certificate of Occupancy for Crescent Place, a Plat of Dedication shall be recorded with Cook County, which dedicates as IDOT right-of-way that portion of the subject property as noted on the Final Plat of Subdivision.
Roll Call Vote: Commissioners Jensen, Warskow, Cherwin, Ennes, Lorenzini, Sigalos, and Chair Dawson voted in favor. Motion carried.
