Recommendation
A public hearing was held by the Plan Commission on February 9, 2022 where Commissioner Cherwin moved and Commissioner Sigalos seconded:
A motion to recommend to the Village Board of Trustees approval of PC#21-023, an Amendment to Planned Unit Development Ordinance #90-014 to allow modifications to the Southpoint PUD to enable construction of a bank building, and a Special Use Permit for a 3,460 square foot bank with a drive-through.
This recommendation is subject to the following conditions:
1. No Village building permit will be issued for Consumers Credit Union site until the MWRD and Village permits are issued for the work needed on the existing detention basin as required under PC #21-018.
2. The petitioner shall comply with all Federal, State, and Village Codes, Regulations, and Policies.
Roll Call Vote: Commissioners Cherwin, Sigalos, Ennes, Jensen, Lorenzini, Warskow, and Chair Dawson voted in favor. Motion carried.
