Background

St. Edna Church is requesting a bond waiver for their raffles that take place during two evenings of Bingo on the following dates:  May 13, 2022 and August 19, 2022.  Tickets will be sold the night of the events from 5:00pm - 10:00pm, with the winner being announced at the end of the event.  

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement as requested by St. Edna Church.
