The Engineering Department has received numerous requests for All Way Stop Signs at the intersection of  N Vail Ave and W Wing St/W Davis St. In order to determine if the intersection should have an all way control, we reviewed:

• Counts collected at the intersection of N Vail Ave and W Wing St/W Davis St in March 2022
• Crash data from the last five years

The results of the study confirmed that the high volume of the vehicular and pedestrian traffic warrant the installation of an All Way Stop Signs.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the attached ordinance Designating an All Way Stop Street for N Vail Avenue and W Wing/W Davis Streets, be approved.
