The Village has received a number of complaints from the residents of S Mitchell Ave regarding the obstruction caused by the vehicles parked on the west side of S Mitchell Ave during services at  Our Lady of the Wayside. A “No Parking” ordinance on S Mitchell Ave between W Fairview St And W Park St is proposed, to ensure free flow of traffic and protect local driveways from the obstruction on Sundays and holidays.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that an Ordinance Prohibiting Parking on South Mitchell Avenue between West Fairview Street and West Park Street, be approved.
