| | | | At the March 21, 2022 Village Board meeting, an amendment to the Liquor Code to allow the liquor license classes (with the exception of Class K and Class M license holders) the option to begin selling alcohol at 8:00 a.m. on Sundays was discussed and direction given to move forward with drafting an ordinance. The attached ordinance amends Section 13-503, Hours of Operation, of the Municipal Code, revising the permitted hours of alcoholic liquor sales for the liquor license classes (with the exception of Class M and Class K license holders) to 8:00 a.m. on Sundays. |
