It was determined that the duties of the vacant part-time 25 hour a week position can be absorbed by existing staff and Elrod Friedman. The Village Manager has authorized the reclassification of that position into a part-time HR Generalist position to assist in the HR Department given current priorities. 

RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the attached Ordinance amending the 2022 Budget to transfer $26,300 from 101-0401-503.10-01 Legal Salaries to 101-0301-503.10-01 Human Resources Salaries and $3,000 from 101-0401-503.19-10 Legal IMRF to 101-0301-503.19-10 Human Resources IMRF.
