The following establishments did not renew their liquor licenses for 2022-2023:

Dunton House, Inc. d/b/a Dunton House - Class "A"

A.M.Y. Stars Fortune, Inc. d/b/a 5th Avenue Sushi - Class "E"

The attached ordinance amending Section 13-502, Fees and Number of Licenses, of the Municipal Code, is necessary to reflect these changes by decreasing the number of authorized Class “A” liquor licenses to 31 and Class "E" liquor licenses to 13.
