The Village Board on June 6, 2022 considered amendments to Chapter 28 - Zoning, related to adult use cannabis dispensaries. In addition to the Chapter 28 amendment, staff proposes amending Chapter 9 - General Licensing Procedures. Attached is an Ordinance amending Chapter 9, establishing requirements for issuance of a business license to an adult use cannabis dispensary.
