Background

The proposed 2022 Annual Action Plan including the CDBG budget, and the proposed substantial amendments to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2021 Annual Action Plan have been the subject of two public hearings and a 30-day public comment period. The second of the two required public hearings is scheduled for the July 18, 2022 Village Board meeting. The proposed 2022 Annual Action Plan including the CDBG budget and the proposed substantial amendments to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2021 Annual Action Plan and supporting documents are located under tonight’s Public Hearings agenda item on this topic.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the proposed 2022 Annual Action Plan including the CDBG budget, and the proposed substantial amendments to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2021 Annual Action Plan be adopted including any amendments made during the public hearing.
