Background 

Misio`n San Juan Diego Parish is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for a raffle taking place at their 2022 Festival July 29th thru July 31st, 2022 at 2323 N Wilke Rd.  Tickets will be sold from 6:00pm July 29th to 5:30pm July 31st, with the winner being determined July 31st at 6:00pm.  Total winnings disbursed will be $10,000.00.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond requirement requested by Misio`n San Juan Diego Parish.
