| | | | The installation of public improvements in the Walnut Park Subdivision have been completed as required under Article V of the Subdivision Control Regulations. The Engineering Division has conducted a final inspection of this development and found no deficiencies. In accordance with Section 29-505, it is now proper for the Board of Trustees to pass a resolution formally accepting the public improvements which will then become the property of the Village of Arlington Heights. Upon passage of this Resolution, the Public Improvement Bond will be released to JMC Development, LLC. |
