| | | | The privately held properties at 2206 and 2208 N Chestnut Avenue were originally set up as a temporary stormwater detention basin, known as the Chestnut Basin, and were to revert back to buildable lots at some future point. However, the stormwater volume in the Chestnut Basin could not be directed to the newer Chestnut-Ladd Basin, so the Chestnut Basin must permanently remain as a stormwater detention facility. The proposed resolution would accept the Quit Claim Deed from the current owners of the 2206 and 2208 N Chestnut properties to turn over the properties to the Village as a public stormwater detention basin |
