Background

Merle Guild American Legion Post 208 is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their progressive raffle held at their post. Tickets will be sold weekly on Thursdays until 7:00pm, at which time the winner will be determined. This is a fundraiser event to continue from September 4, 2014 - October 15, 2015.

Recommendation

Staff recommends the Village Board grant the waiver of the bond fee requirement.
