Background

Chicago Adaptive Sports is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their upcoming raffle taking place on April 15, 2023 at Camelot Park.  Tickets will be sold the night of the event from 5:30pm to 9:00pm, with the winner being determined at 9:00pm.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement as requested by Chicago Adaptive Sports.
