Ordinance - Code Amendment - Chapter 13 Alcoholic Liquor Dealers

Tom Manetti, owner of an exsisting business in Arlington Heights is seek a class P liquor license for his new business in town, Elegante Cuisine at 2616 S. Clearbrook Drive.  The Class "P" license shall authorize the sale or service of alcoholic liquor of any type by a caterer in conjunction with the sale of prepared food for service at locations other than the premises leased, owned, or otherwise occupied or operated by the licensee.

A liquor license application was submitted and reviewed by staff and approved by the Liquor Commissioner.

An ordinance amending Section 13-502, Fees and Number of Licenses, of the Municipal Code, increasing the number of authorized Class "P" liquor licenses to 1, is attached.
