Background

St. Edna Church is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for two upcoming raffle events.  There will be a 50/50 raffle at the Bingo event scheduled for July 21, 2023 and a 50/50 raffle at the Taste of St. Edna event held on July 22, 2023.  Winners will be announced at 9:00pm on each night of the event.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement as requested by St. Edna Church.
