Background

The Arlington Heights Park District requests a waiver of all applicable Planning and Building Permit fees and/or all applicable Village review fees for renovations of the dilapidated basketball court at Virginia Terrace Park, 1447 N Chicago Av.  

Estimated Fees:  $1,403.00 (Permit No. 23-1427) 

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board grant the Arlington Heights Park District a waiver of the permit fees and all applicable Village review fees related to the renovation of the basketball court at Evergreen Park, 336 S Forrest Av.
