Background:

Misericordia Foundation is requesting a waiver of the bond fee for their upcoming raffle taking place during their fundraiser at Northwest Metalcraft, 413 S Arlington Heights Rd. on July 14, 2023.  Tickets will be sold during the event from 5:00pm to 8:00pm with the winner being determined that evening.  

Value of prizes:  50/50 Raffle

Recommendation:

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement as requested by the Misericordia Foundation.
