Background

St. Viator is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for a raffle to be held at their Run with the Pride 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 4, 2014. Tickets will be sold at the school gym from 6:30am - 9:30am, the winner will be announced at the drawing at 9:45am.

Recommendation

Staff recommends the Village Board grant the waiver of the bond fee requirement.
