Background 

 

Recently Public Act 98-0893 was signed into law extending Tax Increment Financing District #4 from 23 years to 35 years. Therefore, an amendment to the TIF 4 Redevelopment Plan is necessary to reflect the  extended time frame for TIF District #4. 

 

Recommendation 

 

It is recommended that the Village Board approved the attached Ordinance amending the TIF #4 Redevelopment Plan.
