Background

Mision San Juan Diego is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their raffle taking place during their 2023 festival located at 2323 N Wilke Rd.  Tickets will be sold July 27th at 5:00pm to July 30th at 7:00pm, with the winner being determined at that time.  

Value of prizes:  $10,000.00

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond requirement as requested by Mision San Juan Diego Parish.
