Ordinance - Code Amendment - Chapter 13 - Alcohol Liquor Dealers

The Committee of the Whole recommendation for a Class AA liquor license to Highbar Services Inc dba Bird's Nest Arlington Heights at 11 W. Davis Street, will be reported under the Old Business portion of the agenda.  In the event the Board desires to approve the requested Class AA license, staff recommends adoption of the attache ordinance, amending the Village Code to increase the number of authorized Class AA liquor license from 20 to 21
