Ordinance - Code Amendment - Chapter 13 - Alcohol Liquor Dealers

The Committee of the Whole recommendation for a Class E liquor license to Big Anges Eatery Inc dba Big Anges at 640 W Northwest Highway, will be reported under the Old Business portion of the agenda.  In the event the Board desires to approve the requested Class E license, staff recommends adoption of the attached ordinance, amending the Village Code to increase the number of authorized Class E liquor licenses from 14 to 15.
